Child Safety Standards
Meetvid has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Meetvid is an adults-only (18+) service and minors are strictly prohibited.
Last updated: 20 June 2026
Our commitment
We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or conduct that sexualises, endangers, or exploits minors. We comply with applicable child-safety laws and Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy, and we report apparent child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
How we prevent and detect it
- 18+ only — every user must confirm they are an adult before entering.
- 24/7 moderation — human review plus automated screening of video frames and text.
- One-tap reporting with a dedicated “Child endangerment / Underage user” category.
- Immediate action — a child-endangerment report bans the reported user instantly and is escalated for review.
- User blocking — block any user to prevent further contact.
How to report
In any chat, tap Report and choose “Child endangerment / Underage user.”You can also email our child-safety point of contact at childsafety@meetvid.com. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement first.
Enforcement
Accounts and connections involved in CSAE are removed and banned, evidence is preserved as required by law, and reports are made to the appropriate authorities. There are no warnings for CSAE violations.
